I choose getting gas free for life if it’s for everyone. lotto is a game of chance. When you bet you could either win or lose. But, if getting gas free for life is a prize from a game, both have the same weight. I thought that the latter is a result of government policy that can be available for everyone and benefit all people not only the person who’s going to win the lotto.
