I have received the check for Lotto Players International. Whats the deal?

I am not shure what is going on. I does’nt make sense. The BBB of Canada does’nt have a listing for them. The Olsen lady is convenently in the Hospital, and the replacement guy says that I have to deposit the check, and then foword the cash to New York. The check was supposed to be for lawyer fee’s. There is no laywer name on it. It does’nt sit right with me. I asked who woukd enter me in such a contest, becaue I did’nt remember entering, and they replied; either my financial institutions, credit card companies or car dealerships. I am perplexed. Any information is greatly appreciated.

It’s a scam. They send you a fake cashier’s check and ask you to send them the remaining balance, supposed to avoid some sort of international tax. You deposit the cashier check, they cash it then the bank comes after you later for the total of the money.

Don’t cash the check! And report it to the Police….and/or BBB of Canada…don’t fall for a scam.
Nobody gives away money for nothing….okay I would if I won the lottery and because I love to see people’s faces when you ‘make their day’….but I can report that I have NOT won the lottery so this is definitely a scam.
Please don’t be their next victim…do the right thing and report them.

Go to this website and call the radio program or it’s a scam. Ask your self did you enter any lotto. Come on, no lottery go’s out of its way to find a contestant that did not enter.
